In the past, we have spent too many nights stressed over what people think, worrying that being too direct with clients would upset them, to the point that they might fire us. What we learned in the process is that by placating them, by feeding their egos we weren’t helping them or us. We were actually hurting both. And of course we got fired - deservedly so.
Thankfully we reached the point where we don’t feed the ego anymore. Not yours or ours. We are focused on helping our clients achieve maximum success.
